“Had a fantastic new Worcester Bosch boiler (with a Smart Control panel) installed by Matt & Toby today. Pre-appointment contact was super efficient; they arrived exactly when they said they would; they worked really hard all day (in 30 degree heat might I add) without stopping & they explained everything as they went along. Couldn’t be happier with the end result; I can definitely 100% recommend them.”

The works were completed to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble for the guys in meeting our complex needs. They had two flights of stairs to contend with too. They both worked so hard to complete the job within the allocated timeframe and to a very high standard, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Thanks again for a great job. “Matt and Toby spent the week refitting our central heating system and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. From the minute they came round to give the quote, they both came across as really genuine, down-to-earth people. They carried out remedial work following a previous bad experience, so it wasn’t easy trusting someone else to put it right. But they completely restored my faith. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work and the attention to detail was brilliant. I’m quite particular about how things are done, but they were great at talking through options, asking my preference, and making sure everything matched what I had in mind. Nothing was ever an issue to ask for. The end result is absolutely top notch and I’m really pleased with it. Two great guys who clearly care about doing a proper job, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Cannot recommend Matt and his team enough. We have used Careys for years. From everything from disconnecting and reconnecting taps and gas hobs when we had new worktops fitted, fixing a leaking shower, right through to servicing our boiler and hot water cylinder- including fixing valves and leaks etc that we have encountered along the way. Always on time. Always friendly. Simple things like wearing shoe coverings inside. Nothing is too much trouble. Big thank you!”

“Installed last year and received a reminder for the annual service (which is great as I'd forget). Service done, no mess, no fuss and book fully updated. Great reliable and friendly service. The boiler was installed a couple of years ago and unfortunately I can't put another review on (so I've edited this one). Matt and Toby have just completed a bathroom renovation for me. Matt really has gone above and beyond as a few days in my downstairs loo started leaking (not connected to the upstairs bathroom). They've worked their socks off and completed an exceptional job at an exceptional price...thanks so much both. Alison was constantly on hand to answer questions and responded almost immediately. We give Matt the keys on Monday who was doing this job by himself and managed to complete it within a week. We had a brand new boiler and 5 new radiators. Can’t stress enough how much of a good job he had done. Would wholeheartedly recommend him for any job.”

“I had Matthew from Careys Plumbing & Gas come out to service my boiler (30.05.24) and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Matthew arrived right on time and got straight to work. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection of my boiler system, taking the time to ensure all was good. In addition to the boiler service, I had additional questions that I needed answering, for example installation for a new bathroom. Matthew gave me detailed information as to what the best fit solution would be for my needs which I appreciated. What really impressed me was Matthew’s professionalism and expertise. He clearly knows his trade inside and out, and he was more than happy to answer all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I give Matthew and Careys Plumbing & Gas my highest recommendation. Their timing, rates and customer service is outstanding.
